the air conditioning worked well.

The check-in process was needlessly complex. there is no reception in the building, so i had to go to another location for check-in. the online system was problematic. I was unable to scan my passport, and the room faced directly toward the window, a bad sign.

I adored how close the hotel was TO EVERYTHING. The Gothic Quarter location provided easy access to so many attractions. I appreciated the convenience of self-check-in and the mobile app access. It streamlined everything. The building's pleasant aroma was a WELCOME surprise.

The exit sign in my room was VERY bright at night.

The apartment matched the photos online. I REALLY loved the attention to detail in the design. The location was great. Everything felt very convenient. The provided discounts for nearby restaurants were a HUGE bonus.

The emergency exit light in the hallway was quite bright at night.

The rooftop terrace is open for all guests and offers nice views (it is not exactly like the photos). The building is self-run, yet access to support is consistently available 24/7.

i loved that the room was exactly as pictured. it was great that i had everything i needed for my stay. the front desk staff, located just across the square, was very helpful. the hotel was in excellent condition and the location was really unbeatable.

the hallway noise was slightly noticeable because the hallways are small, but they provided earplugs which was great.
